A Distinguished Career in Public Service
Dr. Thomas Victor Montgomery, III recently retired from the U.S. Department of State, Foreign Service Institute, as a GS-14 Deputy Director. With over 25 years of service in the federal government, he has served as a Director of Training at the USAF Honor Guard, a Training Officer in the Department of Homeland Security, and an Education Advisor on the Joint Staff at the Pentagon. A proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps and member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., Dr. Montgomery brings unparalleled experience in leadership, administration, and organizational management to the role of Keeper of Records and Seal for the 7th District.
Educational Excellence
Dr. Montgomery received his bachelor's degree in 1994 from Morehouse College, followed by a Master of Arts in Teaching from Bellarmine University in 2002, a Rank I, Education Specialist degree in School Administration from Western Kentucky University in 2006, and a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Liberty University in 2010. His extensive educational background, combined with his federal government experience, uniquely qualifies him to serve as Keeper of Records and Seal for the 7th District.
